Ahillan Ilangko
Ahillan Ilangko is currently in the 11th grade at Bill Crothers SS. Ahillan was previously the VP of Marketing for the Company of the Year & ROI Award Winner, MCXI in 2015 and a marketing department member for the Leadership and Innovation Award Winner, Zephyr in 2014. His large sum of experience within the program and through other extracurricular clubs, teams and charities will help guide Savava toward our long term goals. He envisions a company to be even more successful than his past endeavours and will push every employee to reach his or her full potential throughout the operation of Savava.

Abeishon Sriskanda
Abeishon Sriskanda is the captain of the Albert Campbell hockey team and an executive of DECA Campbell. He has had a growing interest in the field of business since grade nine and his studies in accounting, economics and business leadership have helped build a great foundation for starting our own company. From involvement in multiple sports teams, business courses and DECA, Abeishon has learned time management and organization skills, which is essential for the role of Chief Production Officer.

Joshua Gao
Joshua Gao is an active member of the community and an inspiring entrepreneur as the Chief Creative Officer of Savava. A Grade 11 student at St.Robert CHS, Joshua enjoys spending his time developing and engaging in the local business community. At school he is the President of the FBLA chapter, a trainer in DECA, the grade rep for the Student Athletic Council, a member of the target alpha team and a player on the varsity soccer team as well as the senior golf team. Joshua especially loves working with Junior Achievement as he believes in the mission statement of preparing the youth for the global economy.

Ashwini Yogarajah
Ashwini Yogarajah is an eleventh grade student attending Middlefield Collegiate Institute. With her huge interest in business, she wishes to incorporate what she knows and learns, to help Savava progress as a JA company. After earning the award for Information Technology and Communication Business, she has gained a wide variety of skills in Microsoft Office that she can use to better organize the Sales department. She also participates in the University of Waterloo contests, and earned certificates of distinction for placing in the top 25% scorers.

Celine Cao
Celine Cao is a 12th grade honour student at Bur Oak Secondary School who strives for perfection. Through her participation in the Waterloo Math Contests and experience as an Administrative Assistant at a clinic, she has developed a strong interest in accounting, finance, and business management. Celine is detail-oriented, meticulous and driven by numbers. Using her knowledge and skills in accounting and business leadership, Celine leads the finance team at Savava.

Shivani Bala
Shivani Bala is currently in grade 11 at Middlefield C.I. Her extensive knowledge in graphic design and computer programming makes her a qualified executive in regards to technology. Shivani has the skill of basic web design programming as well as basic software programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Her active participation in various clubs, and teams exhibits her leadership skills and makes her an enthusiastic and confident leader when working with a diverse set of people.

Ying Su
Ying Su currently attends Bur Oak SS and is in the 12th grade. She is committed to helping the world one step at a time. She believes that the little things you do make a huge impact. Ying is suited for this job because she is very friendly and open minded to exploring creative and potentially innovative ideas. She has gained many valuable skills to help her excel in this position from her participation in school, sports and volunteering, especially her experience at Serve, where she spent a month of her summer serving the community. She helped in an immigrant centre where she was responsible for the care of the garden, senior homes and children’s day camp. With previous experience and skills, she is right for her position

Sishan Duan
Sishan Duan, a grade 12 student at Bur Oak SS is an affectionate individual who is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her previous experience in the retail industry has provide her the foundation of communicating with various types of customers. She is also an active student at school, being a part of numerous student clubs including Prom Committee and DECA. Her involvement in the community at IYC and Markham Museum has taught her the essentials of being a people person. She has obtained management, organizational and communication skills that are crucial for a Chief People Officer.
